Recommendation to the Director of the Cantonal Public Utility Company "Park" d.o.o.

On June 9, 2020, the Ombudsperson Institution received a complaint regarding the non-submission of documentation to the Tax Administration by the Cantonal Public Utility Company "Park" d.o.o. and for the purpose of acquiring the right to an old-age pension.

Following the investigation procedure, the Ombudsmen on 7 July 2021 issued Recommendation No. P-175/21 to the Director of the Cantonal Public Utility Company “Park” d.o.o. with the following content:

1. In coordination with the available capacities of the employees, upon receipt of this recommendation, to submit to the Tax Administration the following documentation for Pašić Tarika and Kovač Omera, all for the purpose of obtaining a pension::
- MFA form monthly report on paid salaries;
- Paid contributions and advance payment of income tax;
- Form M4.

2. To inform the Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the manner of its implementation within 30 (thirty) days from the day of receipt of this recommendation.
