Ombudsman's Activities | 03.11.2026 Ombudsmenke dr. Jasminka Džumhur i Nives Jukić na konferenciji o pravima djece u srcu Evrope Ombudsmen dr. Jasminka Džumhur and Nives Jukić at the conference on children's rights in the heart of Europe Ombudsmenke Bosne i Hercegovine dr. Jasminka Džumhur i Nives Jukić učestvuju u radu konferencije pod nazivom „Prava djece u srcu Evrope: Dijalog sa Evropskom mrežom ombudsmena za djecu“, koja se u organizaciji Kancelarije ombudsmena za djecu Irske održava u Dablinu, 4. i 5. novembra 2026. godine, a povodom preuzimanja Irske predsjedavanjem EU. Ovaj događaj ima za cilj istražiti mehanizme na evropskom nivou za unapređenje prava djece, te razmotriti koje su daljnje mjere potrebne kako bi se osigurala potpuna provedba Konvencije UN-a o pravima djeteta na nivou EU. Također, učesnici će imati priliku razmijeniti mišljenja o uticaju razvoja vještačke inteligencije (AI) i promjena u migracionim sistemima na prava djece, u kontekstu Zakona EU o vještačkoj inteligenciji (EU AI Act), te Pakta EU o migracijama i azilu. Posebna pažnja posvećena je ulozi ombudsmana za djecu u praćenju primjene ovih novih pravnih okvira.
