Press statement | 23.02.2026 Preporuka vezano za dužinu trajanja krivičnog postupka Human Rights Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina Instituciji Ombudsmena za ljudska prava Bosne i Hercegovine obratila se podnositeljica žalbe, žalbom sa navodima koji upućuju na dužinu trajanja krivičnog postupka. Imajući u vidu sve činjenice Ombudsmeni za ljudska prava Bosne i Hercegovine su, nakon sprovedenog istražnog postupka, u skladu sa svojim ovlaštenjima propisanim članom 32. Zakona o Ombudsmenu uputili Preporuku broj P-22/26 1. Kantonalnom tužilaštvu Zeničko-dobojskog kantona da postupi u skladu sa Odlukom Suda Bosne i Hercegovine kojom je odlučio o prijedlogu kojim je tražena izmjena mjesne nadležnosti u skladu sa nalazom iz ove Preporuke 2. Visokom sudskom i tužilačkom savjetu Bosne i Hercegovine da, u skladu sa svojim nadležnostima, poduzme sve potrebne mjere u navedenom slučaju 3. Da u roku od 30 dana obavijesti Ombudsmene za ljudska prava Bosne i Hercegovine o realizaciji Preporuke.
