Press statement | 23.02.2026 Preporuka Republičkoj upravi za geodetske i imovinsko-pravne poslove Republike Srpske Human Rights Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina Instituciji Ombudsmena za ljudska prava Bosne i Hercegovine obratio se podnosilac žalbe, i kao odgovornu stranu označio Republičku upravu za geodetske i imovinsko pravne poslove, Područna jedinica Banja Luka. Podnosilac žalbe navodi da službena lica prvostepenog organa odbijaju da postupe po odluci Vrhovnog suda kao i po rješenjima RUGIP-a kao drugostepenog organa. Imajući u vidu sve činjenice Ombudsmeni za ljudska prava Bosne i Hercegovine su, nakon sprovedenog istražnog postupka, u skladu sa svojim ovlaštenjima propisanim članom 32. Zakona o Ombudsmenu uputili Preporuku broj P-15/26 Republičkoj upravi za geodetske i imovinsko-pravne poslove Republike Srpske 1. Da postupi u skladu sa Presudom Vrhovnog suda Republike Srpske kao i drugostepenim rješenjima i da predmet okonča, poštujući načela propisana Zakonom u skladu sa nalazom iz ove Preporuke 2.
