Press statement | 23.12.2025 Preporuka u vezi sa zaštitom prava radnika Centra za socijalni rad Human Rights Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina U svom inicijalnom aktu, podnositeljica žalbe, između ostalog, navodi da se obraća u svojstvu zaposlenice Centra za socijalni rad. Razlog obraćanja ogleda se u tvrdnjama da su joj povrijeđena prava iz radnog odnosa, kao i da je ugrožena njena lična sigurnost. Nakon što je proveden postupak istrage, ombudsmeni su izdali preporuku (P-397/25) direktoru Centra za socijalni rad: 1. Da razmotri i, gdje je to potrebno, uspostavi dodatne mjere za zaštitu zaposlenih, uz prioritetnu brigu o zaštiti žrtava nasilja, naročito djece; 2. Da u roku od 30 dana obavijeste Instituciju Ombudsmena za ljudska prava Bosne i Hercegovine o provođenju ove Preporuke.
