Ombudsman Professor Ljubinko Mitrović at scientific conference in Belgrade

Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Professor Ljubinko Mitrović, is to take part in the scientific conference “Alternative Criminal Law Penalties and Measures” on 10 May this year. The conference is organised by the Union University Belgrade School of Law and the Institute for Criminological and Sociological Research.

Ombudsman Mitrović is to deliver a presentation on “Police caution in Republika Srpska criminal law – has it lived up to the expectations”.

The discussion focuses on the current normative framework and application of alternative penalties and measures in criminal law, and on the possibilities for their improvement.

In addition to scientific presentations, experiences from the IHROBiH practice and the practice of the judiciary and the Department for Implementation of Criminal Sanctions will be shared.

This is an activity of Ombudsman Professor Ljubinko Mitrović.
