Recommendation to the Public Institution Bosnian Cultural Center of Tuzla Canton

On December 11, 2020, the Institution of the Human Rights Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina received a complaint from the complainant from Tuzla, filed with the Public Institution Bosnian Cultural Center of Tuzla Canton, for irregularities in conducting the tender procedure.

The Ombudsmen for Human Rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina proved the procedure for determining the merits of the complaint, after which on December 22, 2022 they sent a recommendation to the Public Institution Bosnian Cultural Center of Tuzla Canton that, having in mind the conclusions of the Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina:

1. without delay, amend the provisions of the Rulebook on Internal Organization and Systematization of Workplaces, in accordance with the positive legal regulations, bearing in mind the provisions of the Law on Prohibition of Discrimination of Bosnia and Herzegovina;

2. re-election of employees for the position - Technical Secretary,

3. within 30 (thirty) days from the day of receipt of this recommendation, inform the Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the manner of compliance with this recommendation.
