Recommendation to the Administrative Inspection - Government of the Brčko District of BiH, Mayor's Office

On December 16, 2020, a party from Brčko addressed the institution of the Human Rights Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina, regarding the failure of the Government of the Brčko District, the Mayor's Office - Administrative Inspection to act upon the request of said party on October 1, 2019.

Nakon Following the investigation procedure, the Ombudsmen of Bosnia and Herzegovina on June 30, 2021 issued Recommendation number: P-183/21 of the following content to the Office of the Mayor, Administrative Inspection of the Brčko District of BiH:

1. Immediately, without delay in connection with the written address of A.G. from 1 October 2019. act according to the Decision of the Appellate Commission of the Brčko District of BiH case number: UP-II-33-0000180/19, act number: 01.7-0244MS-002/19 of 15 November 2019 and to inform the appellant about the same;

2. to inform the Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina on the manner of compliance with this recommendation within 8 (eight) days from the day of receipt of this recommendation..

Recommendation P-183/21 is being monitored.
