Ombudsman's Activities | 16.06.2017 The Ombudsmen of Bosnia and Herzegovina host international workshopon education in the field of human rights Visit of ENNHRI members to the institution of BiH Ombudsman in Sarajevo The Ombudsmen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, 12-15. June in Sarajevo and Banja Luka, were hosts of workshop on education in the field of human rights organized by the European Network of National Institutions for the Protection of Human Rights (ENNHRI) and the Danish Institute for Human Rights. The workshop was organized with the support of the instrument for Democracy and Human Rights of the European Union as part of the project 'Strengthening the capacity of human rights institutions to function in accordance with the Paris Principles and effectively protect and promote human rights ". Representatives of 12 countries and institutions for the protection of human rights, which are also members of the European network of national human rights institutions, took the opportunity to improve their knowledge and exchange experiences in the workshop which was held in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The workshop participants on June 15 visited Banja Luka and the seat of the Institution of Ombudsman for Human Rights of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
