Ombudsman Ljubinko Mitrović at the International conference in Podgorica

The Human Rights Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina prof.Dr. Ljubinko Mitrović attended and took an active part in the international conference entitled "Protection of human rights in Montenegro: The application of domestic remedies, judicial and non-judicial mechanisms by legal experts" held on 28 June 2016 in Podgorica, Montenegro.

At the conference organized by the Constitutional Court of Montenegro, the Human Rights and Freedoms Defender - Ombudsman and the Council of Europe, took part representatives of the constitutional courts and the office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Georgia, Kosovo*, Polish, Serbian, Croatian and legal experts of the Council of Europe.

During the conference, the Human Rights Ombudsman of Bosnia and Herzegovina prof.Dr. Ljubinko Mitrović presented the contribution entitled: "Use of non-judicial mechanisms, the experience of Bosnia and Herzegovina". The role and importance of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina was the topic presented by the President of the Court Mirsad Ćeman.
